Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Please note that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.

The minimum shipping cost is $12.99, regardless of the order amount or the number of items ordered. However, we offer free shipping on all orders of $99 or more before taxes.

Customers requesting a refund must contact us by phone for approval. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. Any product returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and custom-made items.

The customer must bear the delivery costs in case of return.

All merchandise must be in its original packaging and be resalable in order to be exchanged and refunded.

· You have a period of 14 days following receipt of the goods to request an exchange or a refund.

·  Exchanges will be processed subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by email or telephone.
