Precautions and warnings :

It is not recommended to consume this product with natural health products (e.g., bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) that raise blood pressure.
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking lithium. It is not recommended to consume this product with other products that contain caffeine (medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, yerba mate). This product is not intended to replace sleep. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have liver problems or if symptoms of liver problems occur (such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice). Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have an iron deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have an acute infection.

Contraindications :
Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Do not use this product if you suffer from high blood pressure.

Known side effects :
Taken in doses exceeding 600 mg of caffeine, caffeine may cause anxiety, tachycardia (rapid heartbeat), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremors, and headaches. Hypersensitivity or an allergic reaction may occur. If this happens, discontinue use. If you have liver problems, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver problems, such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite, and consult a healthcare practitioner. Rare cases of unpredictable liver damage associated with products containing green tea extract have been observed (in Canada and elsewhere in the world).
