An old-fashioned saponification process using cauldrons
It takes nearly 10 days to make our soap, which is cooked in cauldrons using the Marseille method. This traditional know-how and manufacturing process, carefully passed down from generation to generation of master soap makers, is still honored in our soap factory.

Formulated with exclusively vegetable oils, without the addition of preservatives, colouring, perfume or animal fats, this soap is suitable for sensitive and delicate skin.

Delivery
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Please note that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.
The shipping rate is fixed at $12.99, regardless of the order amount or the number of items ordered. However, we offer free shipping on all orders of $99 or more before taxes.

Exchange and refund
Customers wishing to receive a refund must contact us by phone for approval. Merchandise must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. Any product returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and custom-made items. The customer must bear the delivery costs in case of return.
All merchandise must be in its original packaging and be resalable in order to be exchanged and refunded.
